Terms of Service

Template terms. Review with legal counsel and complete the placeholders (operator legal identity, governing law and jurisdiction) before public launch.

1. The service

My Admin Platform ("the platform", "we") provides subscribing businesses ("subscribers", "you") with a hosted appointment-booking website operated on your chosen hostname, together with related scheduling, messaging, calendar, directory, and domain services. The platform is operated by Miceli Works. You can reach us at support@myadminplatform.com.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Accounts must be registered with accurate information by a person authorised to act for the subscribing business. You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you publish on your website and directory listing, and for using messaging features lawfully. In particular, email and SMS reminders may only be sent to clients who have consented to receive them, and you must honour opt-outs. We may suspend accounts engaged in abuse, unlawful content, spam, attempts to interfere with the platform or other subscribers, or non-payment. Where practicable we will warn you first.

4. Plans, trials and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, per hosted website, at the price shown when you choose or change a plan. Where a free trial is offered, its length is stated at checkout and no charge is made before the trial ends; a payment card is required to start one, and trials are limited per account. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated; a running free trial is not shortened, extended, or restarted by a plan change. Prices may change with reasonable advance notice; changes never apply retroactively.

Email and SMS notifications are drawn from a prepaid notification-credit balance in your chosen currency; new websites receive a starting credit and you may top up at any time with one-off purchases. A plain-language guide to all of this (trials, proration, payment-failure grace, cancellation, and retention) is published at Billing & subscriptions. Where wording differs, these terms govern.

5. Failed payments and suspension

If a subscription payment fails, your website remains fully online for a grace period (currently 14 days) while the payment is retried and you are notified with the exact deadline. If the grace period ends unpaid, the website is suspended: visitors see an unavailability notice and the directory listing is hidden, while your data remains intact. A successful payment restores service. We may also suspend service for material breach of these terms.

6. Cancellation, your data, and coming back

You may cancel any website at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for (or the end of the trial) and can be reversed with one click before that date. After cancellation takes effect, your website's data is retained intact for 30 days, during which you may export it in full or reactivate. It is then archived for a further 90 days before permanent deletion. Each subscriber's application data lives in a dedicated, isolated database. Subscription payments already made are not refunded pro-rata; the paid period is always usable in full.

7. Domains

Domains registered through the platform are registered on your behalf and are your assets; ICANN registration requirements apply, and the registrant contact details you supply must be accurate. Domain purchases are one-off charges at the price shown before payment and are non-refundable once the domain is registered; failed registrations are refunded automatically. Renewal charges are invoiced in advance with notice, and you may disable auto-renewal or request a transfer out at any time. Domains you connect yourself remain entirely under your control.

8. Complimentary access

We may grant a website complimentary (free) access at our discretion. While it stands, no subscription charges are made. If complimentary access is scheduled to end, you will be notified in advance as described in the billing guide, and billing never resumes on a stored card with less than the published minimum notice.

9. Availability and liability

We operate the platform with commercially reasonable care and skill, including daily backups, but the service is provided "as is" and we do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Data protection

How we handle personal data, including the division of controller and processor roles between you and us, our sub-processors, and retention, is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time with reasonable notice to subscribers (by email or a dashboard notice). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel as described above.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and disputes are subject to the courts of [venue], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
