Billing & subscriptions
Everything about paying for My Admin Platform, in plain language: what you pay, when you pay it, what happens if something goes wrong, and the commitments we hold ourselves to.
Our commitments, up front
- ✓No surprises. Every price is shown before you choose, every change asks you to confirm, and nothing is charged by merely selecting an option.
- ✓Free time is honoured in full. You are never charged during a free trial or a promised free period, and acting early never costs you a free day.
- ✓A failed payment never takes your website down without warning. You get 14 days online, with emails, to put it right.
- ✓Your data outlives your subscription. It stays fully recoverable for 30 days after cancellation and archived for a further 90 days, and you can export everything at any time.
- ✓Your card details never touch us. Payment runs entirely on Stripe's certified infrastructure. We never see or store card numbers.
Plans & pricing
Every plan is the complete product: booking, reminders, reviews, messaging, your own domain, all of it. The only thing that changes as you move up the ladder is how many service providers (staff who take appointments) your website can hold:
| Plan | Price | Providers | Free trial |
|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | €20/month | Up to 1 | 14 days |
| Team | €45/month | Up to 5 | 14 days |
| Scale | €89/month | Up to 20 | 14 days |
Billing is monthly, per hosted website. There are no setup fees, no per-booking fees, and no long-term contracts: you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time. If you run several websites, each has its own subscription and each is managed independently. What you do with one never affects another.
Need more than 20 providers on one website? Get in touch and we’ll create a private Custom plan with an allowance and monthly price tailored to your organisation.
The free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You add a payment card at checkout (that is how we know you're a real business), but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and your dashboard always shows the exact date and amount of your first payment. Cancel any time before that date and you'll never have paid a cent.
- The trial is yours whatever plan you end up on. Changing plans during the trial never shortens it and never restarts it. Your trial runs to its original end date, and the new plan's price simply applies from then. Explore freely.
- One trial at a time. Each account can start one free-trial website per rolling month. Additional websites are welcome any time; they just start billing from day one.
- Cancelling mid-trial keeps the website running to the trial's end. The remaining free days are yours whether or not you stay.
Paying for your subscription
Your subscription renews monthly on the same date: the date you first started billing, or the date your free trial ended. The dashboard's Plan & billing panel always shows your next payment amount and date for each website, so nothing arrives unannounced.
Payments are taken automatically from the card you saved at checkout. You can change the card, or view every invoice you've ever received, at any time via Invoices & payment methods on your dashboard. It opens a secure Stripe page tied to your account.
Changing plans
Change plans whenever you like, straight from your dashboard. Choosing is always two-step: picking a plan only shows you a summary of the price and exactly what will happen. Nothing changes until you press the confirm button.
- Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to the day. Upgrade mid-month and you're only charged the difference for the days remaining; downgrade and the difference is credited against your next invoice. You never pay twice for the same days.
- On a free trial? Your trial is untouched by a plan change. It runs to its original end date and the new plan's price applies from then. A plan change never grants a new trial either, so the ladder can be explored but never gamed.
- Downgrading needs your team to fit. If your website has more providers than the target plan allows, the picker tells you exactly how many to remove before the switch. Nothing is ever silently deactivated.
If a payment fails
Cards expire and banks decline. It happens, and it is never an emergency here:
- Your website stays fully online for 14 days. The moment a renewal payment fails we email you with that exact deadline, and your dashboard shows it too. Your clients notice nothing.
- Retries are automatic. Stripe retries the payment several times over the following days, so a temporary decline often fixes itself. You can also simply update your card via Invoices & payment methods; the next retry uses it.
- Only after the 14 days pass unpaid is the website suspended. Suspension means visitors and clients see a "temporarily unavailable" page instead of your booking site: no bookings can be made and your directory listing is hidden, while your data stays completely untouched. We email you when it happens, and the suspension lasts only as long as the payment problem does. The first successful payment puts everything back exactly as it was.
- Any successful payment restores everything instantly. During the 14 days nothing was ever off; after them, the website comes back the moment a payment lands.
Cancelling
Cancel any website from your dashboard in two clicks. No forms, no phone calls, no retention hoops:
- You keep what you paid for. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period (on a trial: at the end of the trial). The website keeps working until then, and both the dashboard and a confirmation email state the exact date.
- Changed your mind? One click on Keep my subscription, any time before that date, undoes it completely. As if nothing happened.
- No pestering, either way. You chose it, so we don't send countdown reminders: one confirmation when you schedule it, one notice when it happens.
- Other websites are untouched. Cancelling one never affects any other website on your account.
Your data after cancelling
When a cancellation takes effect, your website shows a "temporarily unavailable" page. Your data's timeline from there is long and deliberate:
| Period | What it means |
|---|---|
| First 30 days | Everything is kept exactly as it was. Reactivate with one click and the website returns instantly, or export your data in full. The email you receive states the exact deadline. |
| Next 90 days | Your website is archived. It is no longer instantly restorable, but a final backup is retained; coming back in this window means asking us to restore it by hand. |
| After that | The archive is permanently deleted, as our privacy policy promises. |
Coming back
Within the 30-day window, the dashboard shows a Reactivate button next to the cancelled website. It opens an ordinary checkout: pick a plan (any plan your team size fits), pay, and the website is back instantly and exactly as you left it. Same address, same bookings, same clients, same reviews. Nothing is rebuilt, because nothing was torn down. Reactivation starts billing right away; there's no second free trial.
Complimentary (free) access
Some websites are given complimentary access by the platform team. Complimentary is a way of paying, not a separate unlimited plan: the website remains assigned to one of the public plans (Solo, Team, or Scale) or to its private Custom plan, and that plan's provider allowance continues to apply. While the grant stands there is no subscription payment due, and the dashboard shows the assigned plan and end date. If you had a paid subscription when free access was granted, collection is paused, not cancelled. The exact unused paid-time value is applied when billing resumes; if that subscription is cancelled instead, the same currency-specific value is retained on your Stripe account as credit for a future invoice.
A new website on a private Custom plan may begin with a fixed complimentary period while you set it up. Its tailored price and provider allowance are already attached, so that plan is selected by default when you activate billing. If no subscription is activated by the promised end, the website is suspended immediately on that date — there is no payment-failure grace because no payment failed — then remains instantly recoverable by checkout for 30 days before entering the ordinary cancellation and retention timeline.
If free access is ever scheduled to end, we hold ourselves to a strict notice standard:
- You're told well in advance. Normally 30 days, with reminder emails at 14, 7, 1 days before the date. Whenever a saved subscription will resume charging, you always get at least 7 days' notice. Never a surprise charge.
- Every remaining free day is yours, even if you act early. Subscribe before the deadline and your card is saved at checkout, but billing starts on the promised date, not before. (Subscribing in the final two days can nudge the first charge slightly after the deadline, a payment-processing rule that only ever works in your favour.)
- If billing resumes automatically (you had a paused subscription), your paused-time credit is applied to the first invoice. If that charge fails, the ordinary 14-day grace applies: online, with emails, while retries run.
- If you cancel the paused subscription instead, no new period is charged. Its exact unused paid-time value stays in the same currency as Stripe account credit and applies automatically to a future invoice. You can pre-authorise a replacement subscription for the complimentary deadline so the old subscription still cancels as requested without forcing an outage.
- If the date passes without a subscription, the website goes offline that day with its data completely intact, and subscribing brings it back instantly, exactly as it was. After 30 days offline it moves into the same 30-day + 90-day retention timeline as a cancellation, warned at every stage.
Notification credits
Email and SMS reminders your website sends to clients draw from a small prepaid credit balance, kept separate from your subscription so heavy senders never subsidise light ones. Every new website starts with a welcome credit on us (trial websites receive a starter portion at signup, topped up to the full amount with your first real payment). When it runs low, top up from the dashboard with a one-off pack. Top-ups are single purchases, never recurring, and your balance never expires while the website is active.
Domains
- Your free address is included. Every website lives on its own platform subdomain at no charge, forever.
- Connecting a domain you already own is free. It stays entirely under your control at your own registrar.
- Buying a domain through us is a one-off charge at the exact price shown before you pay, never a markup discovered afterwards. Once a domain is successfully registered the purchase is non-refundable (the registry has charged for it); if registration fails after payment, you are refunded automatically.
- Renewals never ambush you. You're emailed 60 days ahead and invoiced 30 days ahead (charged automatically to your saved card, with reminders while unpaid). And the promise that matters: nobody loses a domain by accident. Even an unpaid renewal is covered by our safety net first and sorted out with you after. Auto-renew can be switched off per domain at any time, with warnings before the domain is allowed to lapse.
- Domains you bought are yours, not ours. Point them at any of your websites, park them, or transfer them out. Transfer requests are honoured and acknowledged by email.
Refunds
Subscription payments are not automatically refunded pro-rata. Cancelling always lets you use the full period you've paid for instead, which we believe is the fairer default. If something has genuinely gone wrong, contact us and a person will look at it; goodwill refunds are handled personally, not by a policy bot. Domain purchases are non-refundable once the domain is registered; failed registrations are refunded automatically, before you even have to ask.
Invoices, receipts & card security
- Every payment has an invoice, available any time via Invoices & payment methods on your dashboard.
- All payment pages are hosted by Stripe, the payment infrastructure used by millions of businesses. Your card number is entered on Stripe's certified systems and never touches, and is never stored on, our servers.
- Each of your websites bills separately and visibly. Every subscription is labelled with the website's name, so even with several websites you always know exactly what each charge was for.
Questions
If anything here is unclear, or your situation doesn't fit a neat bullet point, write to support@myadminplatform.com and a person will sort it with you. The legal versions of these commitments live in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where wording ever differs, those documents govern, but this page is what we build to.
