Common questions
- Do I need my own domain?
- No — you're live on a free subdomain immediately. You can connect a domain you already own, or register a new one right from your dashboard, whenever you're ready.
- Is my data separate from other practices?
- Yes. Every practice runs in its own isolated database with its own credentials — your client data is never mixed with anyone else's.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your site pauses, and you have 30 days to export everything or reactivate. After that your data is archived and then permanently deleted — the full timeline (and every other billing promise) is spelled out in Billing & subscriptions.
- Can clients book without creating an account?
- Yes — you control whether accounts are required, and invited clients can confirm appointments straight from email before ever setting a password.
- How does messaging billing work?
- Email and SMS are pay-as-you-go from a notification-credit balance in your chosen currency (EUR, GBP, or USD). Every new site starts with welcome credit, and you top up whenever you like — your subscription covers everything else.
